Tatyana Babinich current artist from the East of Ukraine. She lives in the city of Kharkov. She has lived all her life in the city. She was born in 1981.
She has always loved painting and also has a born love of horses. She started riding when she was 12 and since then horses have been her first love. And now she rides professionally in dressage and hopes to represent the Ukraine at the top level.
At university she studied biology, and this may be why she draws horses with such depth of knowledge. As Stubbs did she studied the anatomy of the horse. This helped her see why a horse moves the way it does.
She first exhibited her work very recently, in 2012 in the Ukrainian National Art Week and they came second and third in the animal genre section. In 2013 exhibited her work in Moscow and Berlin. In 2014 was the most important event for her. With a friend they organized an exhibition in their home town of Kharkov. In her words.
"But the most important event for me was the exhibition in the spring of 2014 in Kharkov, With a friend, the photographer of horses, Natalia Turbinei (Natalia Zhurbina). The Exhibition was dedicated to the horse and called "Look into the eyes of the horse". It was an event not only in our lives but also all horsemen of our city. There had never been such an event in the city. It was a holiday for all. For us it was a wonderful experience and inspire us to draw more pictures and set up more exhibitions and reach further afield. This is why today you have the opportunity to buy my work here."
Her work is offered here today as an inspired choose in art, from a country with many problems, yet the beauty of this work shines through it all.
A unique opportunity to acquire this young artists amazing work.
